It really depends on the look you are going for. Orange is somewhat transparent (as you will find out on your new auto) so it will depend if it has to be opaque or not. If the look is of a distressed transparent print then you can do it with a trans white, Orange, and a light orange. If no heather is to show through you can use a high mesh white base for the two oranges and a trans white keeping it at 4 screens.

The orange needs to be solid. The gray or white is gonna be transparent. I was thinking a 180 to underbase the orange, a 230 for the orange and a 180 or 230 for the gray or white, thinned out to be transparent over the orange.

Use another screen and use a pastel orange. The time you waste Fn with it to dial it in to try and hit both colors will be longer than just using another screen. Your going to fight the right shade of orange and hitting the right shade of gray on the shirt with the trans white. When you get that auto in place you need to think that way. More screens does not always equal more cost. If creating another screen is cheaper for production than fooling with inks you make the screen and nail the effect. It is all about the press spinning. Spinning around only once too cannot be stressed enough......:)

There are many machines available for the t-shirt printer like silk printer, DTG printer, roll to roll printer and many more. You can use one of them with the best quality of ink. It will bring the good effects and finish on the design.
