The 4 color process on 100% Poly T-Shirts
« on: June 10, 2013, 01:24:06 PM »
The 4 color process on 100% Poly T-Shirts came out Great...I think anyway.

Seped in UltraSeps after color adjustments.

White base and a True 4 color Process. Only 5 colors make all those.

Looks good Johnny. Did you keep a black shirt to see if hey will bleed over time?

That's good to know. About 90% of the 100% poly we've been selling this year are the Samar st350

Thank You and Welcome to TTSF.

Sanmar has just released a new ST350 the old one till stock on hand is gone...and on sale...is ST350D

The new ST350 is supposed to be almost Bleed proof and has more of a sheen to it...will have to see.

and something else I did not know is on a dry poly if you use fabric softener or the dryer sheets in the dryer, it closes the bubbles in the weave and kills the dryfit .

Learn something new ever day.
